Warby Paker Eyewear

A new concept in eyewear

Warby Parker was founded with a rebellious spirit and a lofty objective: to create boutique-quality, classically crafted eyewear at a revolutionary price point.

I first encountered Warby Parker Eyewear when I interned at a PR firm in Tribeca about a year ago. They were displayed on a shelf in proportion to each other and came in different styles and color. The simplistically of the brand changes the way eyewear used to look and elevates it functionality to another level. What I love about Warby Parker is gives you the option to chose what frame suits you and its affordable compared to prices of designer eyewear such as Chanel, Prada, and DKNY. You shouldn't feel guilty paying more than $200 for a frame but it shouldn't be limited by how many you want to buy. Warby Parker frames are prices at $95, which is reasonable, but it still retains the quality of a luxury brands when it comes its style and sophistication.

On January 30, NYC Creative Interns are hosting an event called Be Biased Towards Action: Stories of Career Growth from Warby Parker at Warby Parker HQ. There will be appearance from members of the Warby Parker on hand to discuss the story behind the brand and how it has inspired millions of people by reinventing the purpose of eyewear. Its an honor for me to be in the presence of people that care about what they do because Warby Parker is creating change one frame at a time. Tickets for this inspirational event are on sale now and can be found at http://nycreativeinterns.com/warbyparker/.
